Part-Time Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer

Westmeston Parish Council has a vacancy for a part-time clerk to help and guide the Chairman and councillors of this small rural parish.

We are looking for an experienced clerk who is happy to work from home and prepared to attend evening meetings which are held every second month at our local parish hall. Candidate should have their own transport as we are not on a bus or rail link.

Councillors are pro-active and the website and social media are run by the members so this will not be a requirement.

The role is approximately 5 hours a week and salary will be in accordance with Local Council Scale SCP 15 to 21.
