Rate of pay: SCP 18-23 - £24,313 to £26,999 p.a. (pro-rata) or £12.64 to £14.03 per hour depending on skills and experience
Turners Hill Parish Council needs a motivated, conscientious and diligent individual to take on the role of RFO to the Council and drive the delivery of the Council’s financial objectives and oversee proper financial management.
Applicants need to be able to demonstrate they have the necessary strategic, financial and IT skills, the ability to set and manage a budget and prepare and explain financial information for non-financial people.
Applicants must also have proven experience of line management of staff, financial and budget management and strong communication skills with the ability to maintain relations with the public and key external bodies and have a willingness to identify and pursue ongoing personal development opportunities.
